Justin Lee Bio

Justin_Lee.jpgJustin Lee is a Colorado native and grew up serving in the local church after coming to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in his pre-school years.  He began ministering to youth while still a teenager himself and has been committed to student ministries for over 19 years.  After receiving his pastor license through Open Bible Standard Churches in June of 2004, Justin continued to serve in student ministries and as an Associate Pastor at Life Spring Christian Fellowship for nine years, before being called to Calvary Fellowship Fountain Valley.

Justin is currently the Principal at Watson Junior High School, in Widefield School District 3.  He has worked in education as an elementary, junior high, and high school teacher, and as an administrator for over 17 years.  During this time, he has had the opportunity to write and develop curriculum, teach staff development classes, design assessments, and create strategies to help students learn.  As a principal, he oversees students and staff and works to better serve the Widefield community.

In his role as a pastor, Justin has worked in junior high and high school youth ministries, children’s ministries, and young adult ministries.  He led a mission’s team to South Africa to help a local missionary and friend teach the Bible, educate the community about HIV-AIDS, and update and restructure orphan and church facilities.  He has also written children’s books, written and directed musicals and plays, led worship ministries, and has worked to develop student leadership programs.

Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with a minor in education and Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in leadership.  He is licensed as a professional principal and teacher for public school education.  He remains passionate about reaching others and seeing them fulfill their destiny in Christ.  He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, writing, watching movies, and playing an occasional video game.  He has become increasingly moved to support orphans and children in need.  In 2016, he adopted two amazing little boys and loves spending time with them and helping them mature in Christ.
